How do I get started?
A: It is very easy to get started. All you need to do is select which package suits your budget and make contact with us to begin planning your video. If you are not sure which package will best achieve your goal or objective feel free to make contact and we can assist and talk through your requirement.
How does the process work, and how much time will it take?
A: There are 3 phases to getting to the completed production:
Script Creation & planning the shoot: If you already have a script we'll set up a meeting and plan the video shoot.
If you don't have a script we can meet and assist in creating a script around your goals and objectives.
Estimated time 5 working days.
Filming: A carefully planned shoot always makes everything flow smoothly and aids in recording the right material.
Estimated time 1 day.
Production and revision: After the video production step is complete, we will send you the first draft of your video. You can then request any changes you want made to your video. Minor changes are included in the price, whereas major changes will result in extra charges.
Estimated time 10 working days.
What if I want to make changes to my video?
A: Minor changes are included in the package in which your video was selected. Major changes will result in additional costs that will be charged to you.
Examples of minor changes are: text and music.
Major changes include a change in the script, originally approved by the client. Redoing any part of the voice-over or any other scene addition or deletion. Major changes will result in additional charges.
Can I be part of the video?
We encourage our clients to be part of their videos. To make speaking to camera more comfortable we make use of an auto-cue / teleprompter system that enables fluid delivery of your message.
What forms of payment do we accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, EFT's, and PayPal payments. Please note all projects require a 50% deposit before the job is started.
Do I own the rights to the video?
A: Yes, you have ownership rights to your video.
